Healthy and Delicious Menus at Laurel Tree House
At Laurel Tree House, we take pride in offering your child nutritious and varied meals every day. Our six-week rotating menu is thoughtfully designed to introduce children to a wide range of flavours, textures, and ingredients, fostering healthy eating habits and supporting their growth and development.
Our menus are created to meet and exceed national dietary guidelines for children:
- The Australian Dietary Guidelines
- The Infant Feeding Guidelines
- Get Up and Grow: Healthy Eating and Physical Activity for Early Childhood
We also draw inspiration from the Healthy Eating Pyramid by Nutrition Australia, ensuring every meal is balanced, wholesome, and delicious.

Every meal at Laurel Tree House is prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Your child will enjoy a variety of fruits, raw vegetable sticks for morning and afternoon tea, and steamed vegetables served alongside lunch. These thoughtfully curated meals provide all the nutrients children need to thrive.
